1. The Service

FreedomX provides scheduling, billing, and client communication tools for house cleaning and construction providers. Features may evolve over time.

2. Accounts and Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You will comply with applicable laws, including messaging and privacy regulations.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activities.
• No spam or unauthorized marketing via SMS or email.
• No attempts to bypass security or disrupt the Service.

4. SMS Program (A2P Messaging)

By registering and providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS from FreedomX at (888) 308-5330 related to your account, including:

• Account access and security (e.g., one-time passcodes).
• Booking confirmations and appointment reminders.
• Invoices and service updates.

Message frequency varies by account activity. Msg&Data rates may apply.

• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@freedomxmanager.com.
• Originating number: All program messages originate from (888) 308-5330.

No mobile information sharing for marketing: We do not share, sell, or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with subcontractors solely to provide support services and will not be used by them for their own marketing.

5. Fees and Payments

Paid plans and transactions are processed by our payment provider. You authorize recurring charges where applicable. Taxes may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, and content are owned by FreedomX or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. Upon termination, certain provisions (e.g., limitations of liability) survive.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreedomX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss.

9. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold FreedomX harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will post updates with a new effective date, and where required, provide notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
